Borrower/Participant Financials
Closer allows users to track financial statements for each participant in the borrower structure. As updates are available, financials statements flow through the system for every deal related to that entity.
Administrators can create multiple templates to capture different datasets based on entity type (i.e individual/corporate) or based on requirements (i.e. standard bank/Agency loan).
